Middle Ridge Supper Club
Past Event

The Middle Ridge Supper Club is a monthly dinner modeled after an informal dining society and thrives on one-of-a-kind menus made fresh from local gardens and paired with local wine in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The menu was inspired by Chef Leah’s recent trip to the Piedmont district of Italy. Guitarist David Jerome played for our enjoyment.

SWIRL SNIFF & SIP
MIDDLE RIDGE SIGNATURE AROMA TABLE
Past Event
Middle Ridge winemaker Chris Johnston enjoyed chatting with everyone at Idyll Awhile Wine Shoppe Bistro, a comfortable, inviting wine bar in the small mountain arts community of Idyllwild.

WINE TASTING & MIDDLE RIDGE
SIGNATURE AROMA TABLE

Past Event
We took in panoramic mountain scenery as we tasted Middle Ridge wines on the beautiful 200-acre Thousand Trails camping preserve. And if you haven’t experienced the Middle Ridge Signature Aroma Table, look for our next aroma table event!

What’s an aroma table?  No, it’s not a table that smells good (a nice idea, though!).  It’s a way of learning to identify aromas in wine. Based on standards developed at UC-Davis, you’ll smell and come to know what key lime smells like in white wine, black cherries in red wine … almost 2 dozen in all!

A TASTE OF LA CRESTA
Past Event
We hope you enjoyed the fare of local wineries, breweries, and restaurants amidst the park like setting of Hall & Oaks Ranch where ancient oaks and lush pastures are the home for raising alpacas … yes, that’s right, alpcas! The event benefited the La Cresta Trail Blazers, an organization dedicated to the construction and maintenance of a safe and secure recreational trail system throughout the community of La Cresta.
Location: Hall & Oaks Ranch, Murrieta, CA
