Returns & Cancellations
At Middle Ridge Winery, we expect you to be extremely satisfied with the wine we produce. For that reason, we will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you may find unsatisfactory. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement in person for quality assurance analysis.
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. In the event that you suspect you have corked or flawed wine, please call us on 951-659-9000 as soon as you can during business hours. You may send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error. You can contact us at email@example.com
Once the defective wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 951-659-9000 for return instructions.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
