Although we focus on Bordeaux varietals, Winemaker Chris loves a really good white wine as a starter for dinner and especially when it's time for a refreshing break. He mixes up production runs on our whites from time to time, but the consistent and regular forefront varietal is the "Blue's Creek" Pinot Gris.
