Middle Ridge Winery Videos about us.  As a small-producer, we take great pride in our wine.   Every bottle that is produced is very special to us.  Generally speaking, our red wines are a minimum of 36 months harvest to market with at least 24 months aging in French Oak.
 

Here's a little background on our feelings about the wine we produce and how we want to realte to our customers and friends:

Speaking about our approach to white wines.  Chris designs our white wines as "Deck Wines".   In the mountains, especially in Idyllwild, California - we are 5300 feet elevation above the deserts of Southern California.  Up here, the summer days can be warm and dry.  So a crisp, clean, cool white Sauvignon Blanc or our Signature Blue's Creek Pinot Grigio is a fantastic addition to a long, hard day.

Perhaps one of the most amazing things is the fact that we found out that people really enjoy our wine for what it is.  Small-time, boutique, and well-made.  If the millenial crowd figured it out, there has to be something behind that.
