Baraché Sparkling Cocktails is a hot new line of one-of-a-kind, delicious sparkling cocktails. They are based on classic drinks as well as exciting new drink recipes. Each is made with vodka or brandy, wine, and unique ingredients like freshly sliced ginger, hops, house-made extracts, hibiscus flowers and pomegranate juice. All are made méthode champenoise, which means the fermentation takes place in the bottle – the traditional style used in France to make champagne. That’s why we often refer to Baraché products as “bottle-conditioned cocktails”. Craft beverages for craft consumers.
