"Mountain Spirits" is an acrylic painting on linen canvas by Darcy Gerdes. Darcy’s love for her forest home inspires many of her works. Her treatment of animals on canvas is her way of honoring the majesty of the creatures that have inhabited this planet long before us. Situated upon the jumping rock at local Lake Fulmor, "Mountain Spirits" captures the powerful connection between humans and nature.
